I run Meditation Classes at Alvaston Hall.
Benefits of Meditation are: reduces feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. Meditation can reduce pain and enhance the body's immune system. It can increase blood flow and slows the heart rate, provide a sense of calm, peace and balance. Meditation can help increase energy levels, control thoughts to just be present in the moment instead of living in the past and future so much.
If you are interested in meditation and psychic development I run workshops for half and full days.
